SUBMISSION WRESTLING

...coaches Chris and Tim. Working on wrestling and No Gi techniques, from takedowns to ground control and submissions. All levels of experience welcome

BRIZILIAN JUI-JITSU (BJJ)

...coaches Chris and Tim. This class is for beginners to advanced, learning control, takedowns, sweeps and submissions.

BEGINNERS MMA

...coaches Chris, Tim, Dave. Learn the basics in Stand up, takedowns, cage control and on the ground, breaking techniques and drills down in a controlled, safe environment

ADVANCED MMA

...coaches Chris, Tim, Ben. For the more competitive and experienced students, training in more intense conditions and higher level techniques. We advise at least one years training with the team before entering these sessions.

JUNIOR MMA

...coaches Chris, Tim, Brooke and Caitlin. For children aged between 5-14 yrs old. We teach three classes a week consisting of boxing/ kickboxing, wrestling and BJJ. Our Juniors learn the basics through games and award systems in each of the main disciplines above. The price is £5 per session or all three classes in the week for £10.

FULL BODY CONTACT

...coach Maxine. A combination of Pad work, bag work, functional strength training and basic martial arts movements for a full body workout.

P.D. BOXING

...coaches Chris and Maxine. Online zoom session specifically designed to help Parkinson’s patients with their symptoms. A mixture of movements, stretches combined with boxing techniques.

TOTAL TABATA

...coach Maxine. All over body workout, working different exercises each week for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest for 8 sets.

ON YOUR TOES, ANYTHING GOES

...coach Maxine. Be ready for anything!! The last fitness class of the week will keep you guessing. From cardio, to weights, plymetrics or even boxing. This class could be any of the above, or all combined.
